Information you choose to share
The Archive and contact forms collect your name, email address, preferences or message, and your consent. Forms are processed by FormSubmit to deliver your request to RA by email.
How it is used
Contact details are used to respond to inquiries. When you request Archive access, your details are used to respond to your request. Registration does not place an order.
Storage and access
FormSubmit processes submissions and delivers them to RA’s email inbox. See FormSubmit’s privacy policy for details of its processing. Access is intended for authorized RA site operators. Information is not sold through this website.
Cookies and third-party content
FormSubmit uses a spam check which may use cookies on its submission page. This site does not include advertising trackers or analytics. Fonts, illustrations and scripts are served by this website.
Your choices
You can request access, correction or deletion of your information, or withdraw consent for updates, using the contact form with the subject “Privacy request.” Include the email address associated with your request. Identity verification may be needed before information is released or removed.
Retention
Information should be kept only while needed to handle your inquiry or provide the updates you requested. You may request removal at any time.
